November 20 - INTRO TO BUILDING MATERIAL SALES
One day session covers Product Knowledge, Customer Service, and Project Selling, Profit Margin specific to LBM industry.
November 21-22 - BASIC BLUEPRINT TAKEOFF & ESTIMATING
Two day workshop consists of instruction covering residential construction methods, blueprint reading, material take-off, package selling and bid presentation. Attendees receive hands-on experience figuring on an actial set of working drawings.
